Founderpath (“we,” “us”) operates the BUSOS web application and related services (the “Service”), available at https://www.founderpath.app. This policy describes how we handle personal and venture information.

• Account data: email address, password hash, and session data needed to authenticate you.
• Venture and product data: information you enter about your business, roadmap, documents, integrations, and usage of features (e.g. journey milestones, CRM entries, financial inputs you choose to store).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP — used for security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
• Support communications: messages you send to us (e.g. email or in-app).

2. How we use information

We use data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including AI-assisted features).
